How do I file an appeal?

Are you con­sid­er­ing appeal­ing a neg­a­tive career deci­sion? If you are an aca­d­e­m­ic mem­ber at Cam­pi­on Col­lege, Luther Col­lege or the Uni­ver­si­ty of Regi­na, you have this right under your col­lec­tive agreement.

The dead­line to receive your deci­sion with regard to incre­ment, mer­it and/​or pro­mo­tion is stat­ed in your col­lec­tive agreement.

If you are uncer­tain if you may want to appeal a neg­a­tive career deci­sion, we rec­om­mend that you con­tact the office for advice. Appeals can always be with­drawn before they are sched­uled if you change you mind.
