Tentative agreement reached for Luther Academic members

The URFA Nego­ti­at­ing Com­mit­tee is pleased to announce that a ten­ta­tive agree­ment has been reached with Luther Col­lege Admin­is­tra­tion. The agree­ment will now go to both the Luther Col­lege Board of Regents and the URFA Exec­u­tive for a rec­om­men­da­tion to approve. Fol­low­ing that the agree­ment will be pre­sent­ed to the mem­ber­ship for a vote. 

We under­stand that Luther Acad­mic staff mem­bers like­ly have ques­tions about the ten­ta­tive agree­ment. We are arrang­ing for a mem­ber­ship meet­ing to present the key changes in the con­tract as soon as pos­si­ble. Please check your emails for details regard­ing the meet­ing and the Zoom link to join. 

The URFA Nego­ti­at­ing Com­mit­tee would like to thank the mem­ber­ship for their par­tic­i­pa­tion, engage­ment, and guid­ance through­out this chal­leng­ing process. We would also like to thank the Luther Col­lege Admin­is­tra­tion for work­ing with us to reach a ten­ta­tive agreement.
