Our Union, Our Future — President's Town Hall for APT Members
You’re invited to join me on Wednesday March 18 at 1:00 p.m. for Our Union, Our Future: A Town Hall for APT Members focused on an important conversation about our union’s future — building a more inclusive identity for our union and exploring a potential name change that reflects who we are together today.
This town hall is part of URFA’s ongoing Inclusive Identity project. Over the next couple of months we will be wrapping up the consultation phase of this project, which included a member-wide survey, Executive and COR discussions, and presentations to the membership at our General Membership Meetings.
This is your union and your voice matters — and we wanted to provide an APT-specific space for you to share your thoughts on our union’s name and identity. This Town Hall will be an open forum to share ideas, provide feedback, and help shape the direction of our collective identity.
Together, we can ensure our union’s name and vision represent the strength, diversity, and values of our entire membership. We hope you’ll join us and be part of this important discussion.
