2019 Western Regional Conference

URFA is pleased to host the 2019 West­ern Region­al Con­fer­ence in Regi­na from Octo­ber 17 – 19, 2019. Infor­ma­tion about the con­fer­ence, includ­ing reg­is­tra­tion, hotel infor­ma­tion, con­tact infor­ma­tion, and con­fer­ence agen­da items can be found below. More infor­ma­tion and updates will be post­ed on this page as we approach the date of the conference.

Reg­is­tra­tion

Reg­is­tra­tion for the Con­fer­ence is now open. Please com­plete the reg­is­tra­tion form as soon as possible.

Reg­is­tra­tion Fee

URFA is charg­ing a reg­is­tra­tion fee of $100 per attendee to help off­set the cost of host­ing the West­ern Region­al Con­fer­ence. Cheques can be made out to URFA and sent to:

There is also a $50 fee for an addi­tion­al guest at the Pres­i­den­t’s Din­ner on Fri­day, Octo­ber 18. If you are bring­ing an addi­tion­al guest, please indi­cate on the reg­is­tra­tion form and include the fee with your registration. 

Hotel Infor­ma­tion

The con­fer­ence will be held at the Delta Regi­na down­town. A block of rooms have been reserved at a group rate of $131 per night. Reser­va­tions can be made online here, or by call­ing the hotel at 306−525−5255 and book­ing under ​“URFA 2019 West­ern Region­al Conference.”

Con­fer­ence Information

A draft agen­da is now avail­able. Sched­ule infor­ma­tion so far is as follows: 

Thurs­day, Octo­ber 17- Reg­is­tra­tion and wel­come recep­tion (evening) at Delta Hotel. 

Fri­day, Octo­ber 18- Con­fer­ence (day) and Pres­i­den­t’s Din­ner (evening). Lunch is pro­vid­ed on Friday.

Sat­ur­day, Octo­ber 19- Con­fer­ence and con­clu­sion by noon.
